“Thank God for Tea! What would the world do without tea? How did it exist? Am I glad I was not born before tea?”

CHINA CHUN MEE |
In China, Chun Mee tea is very popular and its tradition is very old. Chun Mee means 'Precious Eyebrow', because of the appearance of the leaf shape which is reminiscent of the eyebrows of classical Chinese beauties. The process of rolling the leaves into the eyebrow shape demands great skill. It is grown in Southeast China near the river Yangtse. The tea has a very typical taste with a tangy aroma accompanied by a slight sweetness. |
| Tasting Notes |
| China Chun Mee green tea is pan dried, giving it a slightly smoky taste and a pale yellow coloured infusion. Drink alone or add a sprig of mint or spices throughout the day. |

JASMIN CHUN HAO |
| Jasmin Chun Hao green tea was initially reserved for the Chinese Emperor’s Imperial Court. Sweet smelling jasmine flowers are picked fresh in the morning and kept cool until the evening, when the flowers start to open; they are piled next to the tea in very precise proportions. It takes about four hours for the tea to absorb the jasmine scent and this is repeated seven times over a month. This is a real specialty! |
| Tasting Notes |
| Jasmin Chun Hao green tea has a very clear infusion with a delightful, delicate, aromatic taste leaving a subtle impression in the mouth. |

ORGANIC JASMIN GOLD DRAGON |
| Jasmin Gold Dragon is almost the national drink of the Chinese and is drunk any time of the day and on every possible occasion. This particular quality is one of the most consumed. The basis for this Chinese specialty is a half-fermented tea to which, during drying time, fresh jasmine blossoms have been added, which are later partially removed. This classical form of flavouring has been known in China for some 1.000 years. |
| Tasting Notes |
| This sweet blend still has quite a lot of blossoms, which leave an intense, flowery, jasmine taste and scent. Ingredients: half-fermented tea and jasmine blossoms. |
