ROOIBOS TEA |
| Rooibos (sometimes called Red Bush) comes from South Africa, where, after harvesting, the young leaves of the Aspalathus Linearis plant are bruised, cut and placed in curing heaps to ferment. This process gives the tea its distinctive colour before being finally dried. Rooibos is naturally caffeine free and is rich in Vitamin C, iron and magnesium. |
